These Terms govern the swimming teaching by Swim Active to Swimmers, both adults and children under the age of 18. In these Terms, “We” shall mean Swim Active England Ltd, trading as “Swim Active”; “You” and “Client” shall mean the Swimmer/Parent/Guardian named in the online Contract Signature Form. The “Leisure Facility” shall mean the location at which the lessons are conducted.
